We apply the following project selection criteria:

• An innovative business model, which seeks to create social value in order to achieve a high economic, social and environmental impact.
• Potential for growth and self-funding.
• Staffed by a committed team, strong management capacity.
• Accepts a temporary investment for a period of between four and eight years.
• Accepts funding formulas of capital participations, equity loans, loans, guarantees and any kind of guarantee that provides them with funding.
• Requires investments of between 25,000 and 250,000 euros, preferably through minority stakes and allowing Creas to co-invest with other investment institutions.
• The project has two years or more tested concept and eventually new projects with innovative and high social impact.
• Allows disinvestment with social criteria that gives precedent to the participation of workers, beneficiaries and society at large.
• Business headquarters in Spain.
• Business activity is framed within Creas sectors investment.
